I’m sitting in class right now. A 4th year of international business, and paying attention to everything my teacher says and I must say 90% is useless bull-crap.

The school system should really consider a restructure if they to keep up with future trends. Like seriously the guy is talking about marketing techniques that were popular in the 20th century. The minute I bring up online marketing he says there is not enough data to prove that it is effective enough to advertise online, I laughed out loud, and I laugh very loud.

Another thing is all my teachers keep saying “your boss will be happy”, “your boss”, “what will the boss think”. Whoever said anything about me wanting to please the boss?! what makes them assume I want to work for someone when I graduate?!

Makes me come to a conclusion, that school is a bit like a manufacturing factory that is purely focused on one goal and that is manufacturing employees that will please the boss.

What I am trying to say, they should stop programming students into working for a boss and adopt to new trends, because sooner or later if they don’t I’m afraid they will fall too far behind.

Today I created my first ever Facebook campaign – for teeth whitening and I’m pretty psyched about it.

The domain I used is www.charmingsmile.info and it’s a redirect to a Neverblue teeth whitening offer.

I’ve decided to go with the CPM – cost per 1000 impressions, model as appose to CPC – Cost Per Click. Just wanted to test things out, I also only target English speaking women above the age of 22 for my testing purposes, and so far on my list of countries is just Canada. Facebook forecast that my target market is somewhere in the 2,000,000+ not bad for a start . I set the campaign at 10$ per day limit, again this is all just to test things out, if I see return I’m going to ramp it up!

Been a long time since I made  a post and I’ve been promising and promising, as I am sure that lowered my credibility with most of you. As we all know online credibility is the key to success, with your blog or whatever business you happen to be in.

What’s different this time is that I am actualy going to post, not put too much thought into what I write but rather write whatever I think about and whatever amuses me, things like; Tennis, Photography, Making Money Online, Fitness, Seo, Marketing both online and offline, Confidence and Motivation, side projects and main businesses and much more.

I will no longer be editing my posts and spell checking I’m just going to go with the FLOOOOOOOOOOOW, ignore all rules and make my own ( p.s this is all unedited ).

I just think it’ll make my blog more unique, where by this will be my personal space to talk about what I want and when I want. Give advice and my expertise to people that are trying to become online entrepreneurs, and make things happen for themselves.

What is it?

Affiliate Marketing is simply an Internet-based marketing practice in which a business rewards an affiliate for a specific action performed by the affiliate’s traffic.

Affiliate marketing uses similar methods to Internet marketing methods to a certain extent, because affiliates often use regular advertising methods. Those methods include organic search engine optimization (ranking for certain keywords, when people search on Google, Msn, Yahoo and etc) , paid search engine marketing (PPC pay per click, each click costs a certain amount of money depending on the competition of the key word, more on this later) , e-mail marketing, and in some sense display advertising (banners and ads). Affiliates also use techniques such as publishing reviews of certain merchants in a way for them to create trust in the consumer and hopefully create the sale.

Key Players in the Industry

The Affiliate Marketing industry has grown significantly in the past few years with more and more people switching from the 9-5 to the timeless online world where money never sleeps. There are four key players in the Affiliate Marketing industry: the Merchant which is essentially the advertiser and the creator of the affiliate program, the Network which manages the affiliate offers, the Publisher is the affiliate which promotes the affiliate programs and the Consumer which is the target market.

The Business Model

There’s actually a viable business model underneath the hood of this entire affiliate marketing industry. The idea is that advertisers should only pay for advertising that actually produces results, and it’s proving to be a winner in a very fast growing industry.

I am too in the affiliate marketing business make a significant amount of money and do quite a lot of research online on a daily basis, just to see what converts in other words whats hot on the market and what are people going crazy over.

In order to become and affiliate you first have to get accepted into an Affiliate Marketing Network. I’ve picked a few of the top performing networks in terms of offers they run, in terms of timely payouts and proper click tracking system.

Here’s a small list of networks

1. Neverblue Ads – Awesome intreface, Very fast click tracking (takes less then a minute to know if someone has clicked your link ) and timely payouts.

2. Maxbounty – Another great network with awesome offers, timely payouts and awesome affiliate managers.

3. CX digital – Has lots of different offers, Incredible interface, and click tracking system.

4. Azoogle Ads – Multi million dollar network with lots of offers, great tracking system and timley payouts

5. Clickbank – has been around forever, contains mostly digital products such as ebook.

Let the money roll

Once you get accepted into the networks you will be able to promote different offers and earn commission for specific action performed, the more familiar you get with the offers, the networks and how to promote those offers the more money you will start making.
